3 ★This would be a great app but 18 min wait to continue with a story is ridiculous. (You can pay to read the full book. Nearly £40 a year) As other reviews said, there should be adverts instead of the long wait. (Even though I hate adverts too.) I have started writing a spin-off for my book on Wattpad which is quite fun but I can't see me reading anyone elses work due to the long wait. If the issue was fixed I would give it 5 stars.
1 ★Wish you were allowed to read more without having to pay...its actually kinda ridiculous that you can't even finish a story without paying...please change this I'd rather uninstall.
2 ★I was exited because the stories where interactive but, I started reading the chapter of one of those stories and after the first chapter I had to pay a membership so I could continue. Which in fact, of course it made me mad but now I just uninstalled and it's little bit better just reading the books in Wattpad.
2 ★when I first got on I thought I would have free choice to choose whichever story i want. BUT NOPE!! They made me read a incredibly long 4 section story and I couldnt figure out how to exit it. So basically I was forced to read a long story. Just so you know, Wattpad. THIS. DOES. NOT. ENGAGE. PEOPLE. IT TURNS PEOPLE OFF TO YOUR STORY APP BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE HAVING TO SKIP THROUGH LONG STORIES.
2 ★This has interesting stories and a nice look, but I can't get out of the introduction story. It's extremely frustrating. Also, the app makers make you pay for almost everything. Once you start tapping through almost half the conversation, you are forced to wait 20 minutes or get Premium.
1 ★I'm a huge fan of Wattpad, but was disappointed to download this app and see that I have to pay $40/year just to read stories where I can choose my own ending or even continue with the story. Why would I do that when there are so many other interactive story apps where I can at least finish the story for free?? Just not for me.
1 ★this app was 2000x better then hooked! You had creative freedom, could watch everyone elses creations, etc. Now? Cant even go to another story LET ALONE CREATING YOUR OWN. Im not paying 30$ to write down a story, read once a month then not touch it again for the rest of the year. wanna know whats better then this app? No only hooked, but some cheaply made creepypasta webaite is better then this, and you can create your own stories, or better yet, youtube videos, or instagram! U ruined ur app
1 ★Scrolling through 60 chapters to find the story I was reading is ridiculous. Why don't you make reading lists or a library like you have in Wattpad? Honestly, you act like you don't already have an entertainment platform and you have to start all over finding your way with Tap. No one likes waiting, for obvious reasons. Wouldn't it be smarter to use coins like you have on Wattpad — or, I don't know, maybe a system like you had before where I could come on once a day and get tickets and gems?
1 ★I was had to close the app because it messed up when I went to publish my story and when I went to go back on my account it wouldn't even load... I like wattpad but fix tap I would love to read stories and not wait 20 minutes to read more I am sorry but I would NEVER recommend tap to ANYONE! If I could had photo evidence I would.
4 ★The overall format is nice and I often get to see cool content there. However, the only thing this app lacks is diverse tools and features that writers could use in creating stories (I am a writer and I plan to write three interactive stories there). I hope the developers either add more features or at least walk us through if we have missed something
1 ★Things gets so boring waiting for 20 mins can't we get a watch a video option to speed things up or something? You advertise something that isn't even available unless you started PAYING, and a lot I might add. I can still understand the Premium stories but why can't we also use the other feature without paying and not be stuck in a plain text story. Premium acc makes sense(somehow) but for people(specially students) like me who uses Tap for like 1-2x per week or few hrs a day it is a bit pricey
1 ★Any reading app with pay wall timers like a trash freemium mobile game gets immediately uninstalled from my phone and earns a one-star review. Pass on this if you're an avid reader.
