E-building manager is an application, part of the E-Manager project, intended for the owners of flats for faster and better quality mutual communication and communication with the building manager. SEND INQUIRY / REQUEST

TENANT DIGITAL SIGNATURE

FINANCIAL REPORTS
- The application allows all tenants to review the current financial condition of the building. An overview of the revenue and expenditure that the building had for a given month and the current financial condition of the building account.
SEARCH FOR REPAIRMAN
- Tenants can send an inquiry to the building manager asking for help in finding a repairman or maintenance man for various repairs or maintenance related to their flat or building. With a short description of the problem and type of repairman, the request is recorded in the E-building manager system.
SALE OF FLAT
