1 ★Leaving one star because after update today it keeps crashing. Now when I try to list an item it keeps booting me out to the home screen half way through typing. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted device - still happens. No way of contacting support in the app. Please resolve
1 ★They removed the counter offer button that made transaction easier. The customer service is just a joke, they either reply after days with a canned answer or erease your ticket and that's it. There is no protection at all for buyers, even when the seller violates terms and condition and like I've said support is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and use more serious platforms.
2 ★Very glitchy and unresponsive UI. At least the community of users seems nice.
1 ★The messages are not being sent on the app, only on the desktop version. It remains with the clock and it's never sent. In addition to that, my past conversations have disappeared in the app. I can only see them now on the desktop version. The app seems to be useless now, what is making it literally impossible to buy anything now. I tried to contact with customer service, but when I got to the link after some effort to find, it takes me to the initial page on the app!

1 ★Really disappointed, used to be perfect for buying second hand stuff, but just received a french learning book with handwriting inside when the seller said "as good as new" I reported it with clear pictures of the damages on the book proving it's not fitting the description to the customer service and they just declined my request without any explanations I used to love buying on this app but if we have no insurance on what we are buying I will just find another place where I can buy safely.
4 ★Overall, I had a good experience buying/selling second-hand products with the Wallapop app. It's easy to use, and the chat function allows me to be in touch with others without sharing personal info. It would be nice to add an image sharing feature to the chat. On the negative side, there are some advertising notifications sent periodically by the app that are a bit annoying and can not be muted in the app settings, apparently.
