1 ★Useless. I tried the pharmacy service. It was the worst experience. Thr order literally took 3 hours to inform me that's the order is gonna be late. Tried reaching the costumer service and of course i got no answer. The first and the last time to use this app
1 ★The worst application Ever. It is not worth to use . Cancellation,delay, no availability. The worst mix ever Frist order for me came in 2 hours. Second order ,part of it cancelled without any resonance and came late more than 3 hours. Now 3rd order and the last for me, one item cancelled and came late more than 5 hours .
1 ★Disappointing, after the excellent fist use, I booked 3 different appointments using the app and everytime, the clinic calls to either cancel or shift the appointment. Apparently the priority is for those who books directly through the clinic or hospital and not the app.
1 ★This is a very unprofessional and unorganized app. I recorded an appointment with a doctor and the calendar shows that it is available today so I booked the appointment and then when I arrived I was surprised. That the clinic is closed
1 ★The steps tracker is useless, as when I buy something from vezeeta I can use only 10 points which is a 10 pound discount and that's nothing, It will be good if the 40% discount returns, deleting the app is better as it fakes points.
1 ★Very bad ... high prices.. cancelled my order without notice... a total waste .. I booked an order on 30th of july to be delivered on 2nd of August and the prices compared with direct pharmacies sales are higher ... Also points isn't useful as I couldn't use them
4 ★The app is very good for making appointments with doctors. But it's hard to use the UI design needs a better design. You can't edit your review if there is a typo or something like that.
1 ★When there are issues, you are always told that someone will "reach out to you" and they never ever do. No matter how many times you call back. The app is riddles with doctors faking reviews and a pharmacy that cancels your orders on a whim, I will never ever recommend this app ever again.
2 ★The doc didnt show up, there was no live support agent or calling option, support team eventually called me an hour later to ask whether they should transfer me to the doctor, I said yes, turns out a video call was turned into an audio call but the doc said hes busy right now, and wanted me to contact on his Whatsapp, he never replied on Whatsapp, I never got to talk to the doc and got charged as well
1 ★Took more than 3 hours for my order to arrive. I canceled it and right when I did, the order came and the driver demanded I pay for it even though I canceled it. Told him it was no longer my problem. Seriously horrible application.
5 ★I love the packaging and the app. I don't know why I see users complaining in the reviews, Some are not correct at all. I did lot of orders and updates and never had a single problem. Used offers before so I know it's not fake. Had a problem before and they called me immediately.
1 ★Booked yesterday an appointment to find out that the doctor has no number and the address was wrong. So I canceled and received a call from this doctor where they ignored my complaint and wanted to book a new appointment without giving me a number. Then I booked yesterday another doctor. I went there and they charged me 500 le instead of the written 300 le. At the end after trouble I got 150 back. I don't recommend this app. Already complained yesterday without reply. I deleted the app.
