5 ★Ever since the pandemic hit, my company has been using Fishbowl as a way to stay connected and communicate with each other. It doesn't replace slack for us, but acts as a good way to spread information and have real dialouge with management. It's been an asset for us for sure.
5 ★This is the place you want to go if you're feeling disconnected in the remote work world. Fishbowl is great becaue there's all sorts of communities that help you connect with people. Think of it as a virtual watercooler. Very grateful to have this community to turn to during the pandemic!
4 ★Definitely a great app to stay connected with my company and in touch with news across my industry. One ask - if Fishbowl Live Events aren't available on Android (totally fine, really), please do not send push notifications or badge alerts for Fishbowl Live Events.
1 ★By mistake, I selected wrong gender and now I don't see an option to change it. The basics are missing 😠. Seriously.
1 ★Notifications are beyond ridiculous. "Feature not available on Android". Posts that are weeks old.
5 ★I've been loving the new Fishbowl Live feature, would be awesome if there were better ways to interact with the hosts maybe something along the line of reactions or an ongoing livechat. Look forward to upcoming future events and what else they have in store
1 ★Bug in the app. On the "What's your Company" page, there is nowhere to move forward, even if I enter company name, no button or other option to go forward.
1 ★in order to use the app you have to verify with your phone number and your work email adress. and then they send you plenty of updates - to that WORK email (and some sms) - even in spite of opting out of them. i even deactivated my account and still got some emails afterwards. i understand some people might find updates useful but some of us actually prefer our work inbox to be related to our work stuff only and not being spammed by random discussion outtakes. absolutely irritating.
2 ★I don't understand this. Conceptually, I get what your after here, but I can't connect with others in my company. I'm good for mentoring or giving advice, and while the platform looks nice, it is confusing. Maybe I'll try it later once it is refined.
5 ★I recently was looking for a new job and found Fishbowl to be the most relaible source for comp and culture questions. The real-time feedback nature of the community makes it even more helpful. Sometimes you have to do more digging than you would on a site like Glassdoor, but the payoff is worth it.
1 ★Frustrated. The back button isn't closing the app and even after deactivating the account I can go back and it still shows "Deactivate" button. Is the testing done properly before launching the release?
2 ★Good concept. App is very slow though and content takes a lot of time to load. Perhaps Dev's can also look at organising the content better.
