1 ★There are so many issues with this app and its web services that makes me think if this is the quality Owlet provides through the app, how accurate the sock sensor and performance is! The app shows random data on the graphs, e.g. only a few hours into a day, the app claims that baby was asleep for 12 hours, although the numbers from the chart shows 3 and half hours. The app shows 99% oxygen level in the middle of the graph where the range indicator shows 95%!
1 ★Such a poor app for an expensive camera, lags, claims low signal even when next to our WiFi router, half the te doesn't load video stream, looses picture, when working, when you turn from small screen to full screen, I would avoid at all cost, expensive and definitely not worth the money, get a gopro and use the live stream Bluetooth app...
1 ★Just a horrible app. No longer connects via internet. Via wifi is just ok. Constantly have to close and restart app to get any picture. Constantly logging me out. The picture is fantastic, that is when you can actually get the damn app to work. Have talked multiple people out of buying owlet. Money = wasted.
1 ★The camera is great! The app that is needed to view what the camera is watching is AWFUL. Freezes up or completely shuts down MANY times a day. You have to Force Stop and restart it every time to get it to work for a little while. You also have to Force Stop to shut it off. Otherwise it DESTROYS your data within hours. I never use any more than a 1/4 of my data each month. I got a notifocation that all of my data was gone and realized that the app that I wasn't even using had taken ot all up.
1 ★The sock and base works good. I've had a hard time tho setting it up and sometimes it is iffy when turning it on. The camera does work good too. Only problem is the app, the log hasn't been recording anything since I've had it. My babys now a month old and not a single thing is in the log
1 ★This app is useless I spent 600 dollars on this whole system and the camera lags and doesnt stay connected to wifi but the worst part is the sock hasnt shown me my babys O2 and BP in over a month now... it just keeps saying connecting even though its connected to wifi and records her night sleep but will it give me readings on it... nooo.... worst 600 dollars I've ever spent.
4 ★This baby monitor has provided piece of mind for many nights! It tracks heart rate, oxygen, and sleep. It only gave a false alarm one time and that's because it wasnt put on tight enough. My complaint is that we can't take the baby into another room without it disconnecting and playing an alarm. This has woken us many times. Also it would be nice to change the alarm limits, the oxygen won't alarm until it's under 80%. I would like to know if it drops below 88%
1 ★The camera is great, but the app makes it almost impossible to even use the camera. Half the time the screen will not load, it will blue screen, and when it does load and you try to flip to full screen it won't work.
3 ★Edit: The ap seems to load the camera a little better since the last update. Could still be better, but it's an improvement. Do ***NOT*** buy this. The situation with the camera not connecting is absolutely unacceptable.
1 ★I don't leave reviews but if even if I save one person from using this camera, it's worth it. The camera crashes all of the time (if you can actually get connected to it). Will never recommend. The sock is OK I guess.
5 ★Been using sock 3 and Cam since Dec 2020. Camera can be a bit funny sometimes but always fixes if I restart the app. Only thing I wasn't happy with before was my graphs weren't recording but is now totally fixed for me now so very happy. Overall definitely recommend owlet sock amazing peace of mind if nothing else :)
2 ★The whole system is nice- when the crummy app actually works! So frustrating!! Constantly click on it to view my sons report and it just sits on the opening screen and won't open. I have had to uninstall & reinstall multiple times. Very frustrating!
