2 ★My issue is with the message center. It will not mark messages as read after I've read them. Thus, me missing important messages and some appointments. There's also quite a delay in notifying if there's a new message. Due to the nature of this app being message driven - it really impedes the ability to use its medical services. When I've sent requests to the help center their response is that they are unaware of the problem and that's it. No fix, no follow up.
2 ★Looks nice, but functionally inept for it's purpose. Inconsistent or complete lack of notifications, which can result in appointments being cancelled with no notice (because, you know, no notifications). This is despite notification settings being turned on. Also lists providers with no availability, but the patient/user has to go through the request and wait time before finding out, and then start the whole process over. Improving these features is a must.
3 ★Annoying Issues I've had this app for a few months. I didnt receive any email notifications of messages until the last few weeks and I still only get them randomly. There is not an option to delete messages in the app so it always shows as if I have new messages when I dont. Once, I attempted to cancel an appointment but I received no confirmation that it was canceled. I had no idea if the cancelation had went through or not. Its frustrating at times but great when it works.
2 ★Doesn't seem to be finished. For example, There is a search bar to search for a specific kind of doctrine your location. But when I type in the type of doctor there's no way to advance. So I click on the ribbon above it and it takes me to the map would know where to type in the type of doctor. So if it's not a quick filter you can't search it. Maybe I'm missing something, but the point is it's not as user friendly as you'd like out something that older people could use.
3 ★Helpful app. Enjoy using it. The navigation is somewhat clunky. But not difficult. I'm frustrated because I do not get notifications when I have messages. All of my notification settings are on. And now I have missed being able to schedule two appointments and have gone two weeks without appointments. Very irritated. Please fix.

1 ★Do yourself a favor and just go to a website. This app crashes repeatedly on the last step of uploading photos and doesn't save the preceding information. This has happened at least three times on two completely different appointment requests. I'm close to needing a therapy appointment it's so frustrating.

1 ★The absolutely worst service, ever! Their providers are permitted to cancel appointments at the last minute their is not accountability. This service is just NOT reliable whatsoever. This is a sub of Teledoc, which is the worst. These folks are only following the contractual guidelines established by Teledoc. Teledoc managing partners are non responsive to customers/patients and so is the member line. They are providing a tremendous disservice to the community. Therefore, I ask, why support?
