The free Switch app is designed to work with Southern Cross Health Society’s BeingWell workplace wellbeing programme. You must be an employee of a work scheme group (as determined by Southern Cross in its sole discretion) that subscribes to BeingWell in order to access Switch.Live healthy and active with Switch. We measure your health with the Health Score and encourage you to actively manage your wellbeing in an easy and fun way.
Integrated seamlessly into your organisation’s Wellbeing programme, Switch can help you choose and achieve goals, get active and compete against colleagues all while improving your wellbeing.
- Calculate your personal Health Score and use it to measure and track aspects of your lifestyle, body and feelings.
- Receive messages from your Switch Coach to help you reach selected nutrition and activity goals.
- Manually log over 115 different types of activities, or connect Switch to many tracking devices or third party apps.
- Connect with your colleagues on Switch and share your activity between your Switch friends.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Several of the activities tracked by Switch access your device’s GPS, be sure to stop tracking these activities once completed.
