Download PicVoice: Add voice to photos APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★Great app idea. I will go premium, but I need an extra option... Please add the ability to place a audio wave (with transparency sliders) on the final video. I would like to add a voice note to my Instagram photo, and the audio wave will indicate to my followers that someone is speaking will scrolling by... Hope this make sense and that it is doable?

5 ★Used Premium, I added the voiceover to one pic at a time & save them each time.Upon adding the 3rd picture with the voiceover I began to have problems. When I forward mp4 file it sends out 17 copies of the pic blurry, with one voice file following. I went to Picvoice folder, & see a copy of each saved diff file, including the last one that ends up being 17 when sent. my cache cleared before. UPDATE: resolved with support,also click X when exit app to clear its cache of old items,as per support.
3 ★Hello there, Personally speaking, that is exactly what I needed for sake of content creating, especially during the lockdown. On the other hand, what is more egregious than anything else is that there is a sharp decline in Image's quality right after the finishing section.
1 ★One of the horrible update. Up till new update everything was perfect. I was delivering lectures to kids using this app. It was fun for them to learn. Now I cannot record more than five minutes. That's cruel now. Also please what's the point in placing watermark. That's horrible decision. May be i need to search for another option.
3 ★Got premium version.... thinking it is best...please see that while recording my voice to a video ,the voice go ahead of the video shown on the screen. While recording my sound I balance the voice and video but why after processing , the voice is going ahead...any setting needs to be done ? Please also add a tutorial.
3 ★Upgraded to premium hoping that I will get a better voice quality. However when the saved video is played on the phone the voice quality is good, but if we share the video to someone, the voice quality is back to normal and nothing wow in that. Need to get this issue fixed.
3 ★This good for teaching purpose , that's what I needed , but the main problem of this app , this haven't any special features , like mega pixel the image and more so that was a problem not any sound effects , no more , we can't record video atleast 20 minutes
4 ★This app is what I needed. All was well. There is noise in the background, but the owner has not figured out why. They did work with me, but I guess it's a glitch. At first all was well. I paid for the upgrade. This is why I gave it 4 Stars.

4 ★Three features are required 1. While adding sound, it should allow a hand pointer to explain different parts. 2. Next pic, feature will allow us to use more than one pics to make video. 3. It should also have option to crop pic in portrait position.
