Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:
Bahan Jeli Warna-warni:
500 ml air
115 gram gula pasir
1/2 bungkus jeli bubuk
2 tetes pewarna kuning
5 tetes pewarna hijau
Bahan Puding Sirsak:
500 ml air
500 ml jus sirsak
250 gram daging sirsak, blender halus
1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk
1 sendok teh jeli instan
1/4 sendok teh garam
100 gram gula pasir
Cara membuat puding sirsak berlapis:
Puding sirsak, rebus jus sirsak, agar-agar bubuk, jeli instan, garam, dan gula pasir sampai mendidih. Masukkan blenderan sirsak. Aduk rata.
Tuang sedikit adonan di gelas plastik kecil. Biarkan setengah beku.
Jeli, rebus air, gula pasir, dan jeli bubuk sampai mendidih.
Bagi 2 bagian, satu bagian tambahkan pewarna kuning. Satu bagian sisanya tambahkan pewarna hijau.
Tuang sedikit jeli warna kuning di atas puding susu. Biarkan setengah beku. Tuang lagi puding susu yang sudah dipanaskan lebih dahulu. Biarkan 1/2 beku. Tuang lagi jeli warna hijau. Biarkan setengah beku. Tuang lagi puding susu. Lakukan sampai sampai adonan habis. Dinginkan.
