1 ★Useless app. You have to upload explanation of benefits to be reimbursed. The app only allows uploads of images (jpeg), not PDFs. What company sends EOB's as anything besides a PDF??

1 ★This app is awful. The functionality is so limited, there's not even a function to contact the company. Receipt have to be files and not photos. Compared to other companies who do the same types of benefits, this app is by far the worst and least user friendly.

4 ★Update: the newest version as of 10/22/24 works well. It's a cleaner interface, and it looks like it will be expandable to include functions that are desperately needed, like paperwork review. That one feature would eliminate so much headache.

1 ★App is useless for paperless transmissions. It only allows you to upload or take a photo. My BCBS allows me to download my EOB to a file but the app does not have any access to downloaded files only photos and the camera. I am not going to take a screenshot of each EOB to submit. It should be able to access my EOB download file.

1 ★Absolutely awful. Zero instructions on what they want submitted for a claim. No claim number or submitted number to be used to track the status of your claims. "Action Needed" is labeled with $0.01 balance and a date of 01/01/1900 so you have no idea what claims are rejected and why. 3 or more inaccurate errors trigger as a result (ex: Direct Deposit Info Needed error triggered when DBS confirmed after a phone call that they had this info on file). Been trying to get my HRA money for MONTHS...

1 ★Can't save username and password. Terrible app. Going backwards.

3 ★Would be so much more helpful to be able to browse folders for previously loaded files. Better yet, have access to browse to Google Drive or One Drive where I have up saved scans. If I can figure out which folder it opens to, then it works great for uploading.
