The ever-popular card game comes to Android! Play Gin Rummy against the computer. 12 different computer opponents to choose from, each with their own playing styles and individual strategies. Optimized for various screen sizes so it's fun and easy to play.- Easy options to sort your cards. Tap the Sort Hand button to sort by Rank, Suit or Meld or you can drag and drop the cards to sort them. Tap “Sort by” to change the sorting method. Auto will sort new cards into your hand automatically.

2 ★Oh dear god, what HAPPENED? I'm not certain that there's been much changed in play, because the game went from a simple, perfectly fine appearance to a horrible pre-school experience, without even an option to revert. Looks like I'm either going to have to source an old version to install, or switch to some other gin app, because I couldn't even get through two games without wanting to scrub my eyes with a wire brush. UPDATE - look for the Classic version, it's the old game! 😃😃😃😃😃
1 ★Hate the app now with the new ad functionality. Ads are loud and hard to close and i cant play when i want or need quiet. There are way too many other options out there for me to settle for this obnoxiousness. UPDATE: I got the new update and at least the ads aren't loud now, but 30 second ads are exhausting even if quiet. I was a long time user but deleting today.
1 ★Loved this game but after the update, I can no longer see the card numbers without extreme difficulty. I know it has been said the cards did not get smaller, but I was able to play without glasses before and now can not play without 2.0 reading glasses. Please bring back the prior format. If not, then good luck in your future endeavors, but I will be switching to another game where I can see the cards without eye strain.
1 ★this was one of my favorite go to games...not a lot of fluff, just game. perfect for me. until you added all the ads! I understand that you need to make money to continue making great games like this...but this is just overkill. I don't and won't pay to have ads removed from any game. I will play till it drives me too crazy, which is a very short trip, then find another of one in a million rummy games to play! Pat P.
1 ★Once great now horrible. The ads are intrusive. I purchased the game several years ago and played almost everyday. Loved the interface and functionality. Then ads started to show again. Contacted developers and their responses was the ads give the game a better experience. Really? Even though I paid to not have ads. Clearly being a paid customer means nothing to this company. Do not buy!
1 ★The "new and improved " look is awful. I can't tell the difference between any red cards, which causes me to draw or discard the wrong thing. Wish you had design options to choose from. Too cartoonish for my taste. I will be deleting this app and trying elsewhere. Previous version would have gotten more stars.
1 ★Was a great game- WAS! You ruined a classic card game! Been playing for years but I dread playing the "new" Down Date! You can't possibly call it an Update! Took a classic and made it look like a kids toy. Read every ones latest reviews. No one likes it! Fire the study group who approved this garbage! I hope you didn't pay staff for poor excuse for an improvement. Whoever is in charge of it should live by the sword! Read the reviews! Listen to the long time users. No one likes it!
1 ★Loved this app and used it for years. Latest update is terrible. When I opened it I honestly thought someone had hacked my phone and installed a kids game. The new graphics are terrible in the opponents silly looking. I like the classic look. I'm uninstalling and looking for a new game.
1 ★Horrible New Interface!! 🙁 This was the only game I played, & I will now DELETE it & will find a different company/gin game. Your new design is NOT beautiful!! Did you even test it?? I tolerated the ads when you added them in... losing my progress - against selected opponents, but I did start over. This update you guys really messed up. Again, I have lost all my stats. You have way to many choices of players & frankly I'm quite upset - stunned you guys would create such a stupid move. FAIL!
1 ★developers got greedy. decent game play, ads used to be ok, every couple of games. now constantly shows ads and every other game interrupts with a full page ad with loud audio (I have the game sounds off) so if you are in a space where sound is not appropriate you're only option is disabling the phone's volume. price to remove ads ($4) is twice what's reasonable. enjoyed this game for quite awhile until this latest rev. too many other choices to put up with this level of intrusion. uninstalled
1 ★I have no problems with ads, but this game is beyond. I deleted it after 10 minutes, there is an ad after each game. That in itself is not as bad as they not even waiting for you to realize that the game is over before showing an ad. I wish there was an option of minus 1 star.
5 ★Just found this one after trying umpteen others. I think it is the best one I have tried. Only played against A I so far, will move on to humans soon.
