2 ★Then next day, no store in area and cancelled two of my orders.
1 ★This is 2016! Buggy as heck. Utter garbage requires me to sign up with another marginal account.
5 ★Fast service, order online pick up without getting out of the car.
1 ★I was given promo codes twice to try this out. They do not inform you that your order is significantly delayed or it has not gone through. I went to the store and was told the app wasn't working. What is the point if drive by pickup if orders cannot be fulfilled at a reasonable time I can get to the store? I expect my order to be ready by the time stated, and if not, a notification. Customer service very poor email unresponsive and phone as well.....
3 ★First attempt to use the app resulted in order cancelation. Gave it second try and order was placed but was not ready when I arrived due to the way it is setup to ask for item that are not in stock. Just realized that there are only 1k users and we are the QA team
1 ★I was expecting a Curbside personnel to be ready with my stuff when I pull in outside the store, but no. I had to get my orders from the customer service counter INSIDE. This defeats the purpose of a Curbside hand delivery experience (which I had before in Target.) I am disappointed when you guys lost the Target account. The number & variety of items are now significantly lower. From a 5-star Target grocery experience to a dismal 1-star fail. I am sorry. It was a good run.
1 ★App hangs when trying to search for a location near me. I had installed it about a year ago and it did the same thing. However I just saw a sign at a Target store near me that said they are now offering Curbside service so I decide to install it again. But this fricken app just hangs and come to find out through other comments here...Curbside is no longer offered at Target! When an app is the only source generating revenue for your company....you need to hire better software developers. Just saying!
2 ★The app has a lot of delays and wears down the battery on my phone. Definitely needs improvement. I loved using curbside because I could get things from Target without going into the store. Without Target I don't use it at all and uninstalled.
1 ★I ordered my stuff, the App said ready in 1 hour for 24 hours. Called the store, the cashier sent me a text about a CHANGE in order total from $16.00 to $49.00. Its BAIT & SWITCH!!
1 ★Only used once and I'm over it! Extremely difficult for store employees to use.. Maybe a lack of training? Orders are never ready as promised. I was charged twice, once in the app and once by the employee.Then told to call corporate to fix it.. App sucks...no notifications once you arrive to pick up...you just sit and wait for however long.. Support doesn't resolve any issues! I'll go in from now on... No thanks curbside! If I could have given no stars that would have been a more accurate rating! 👎👎 👎
4 ★Great app overall. Only cons are that some times the reception is bad and signal is not sent to employees to bring items out to the car. The customer service is awesome.
1 ★No need for app now that Target is gone. All stores are more than 25 miles away but I don't think I'd use for stores like Bath & Body Work or Sephora anyway.
