2 ★Disappointed by changes in user interface. I returned to this app after a year or so, and simply couldn't stand its new interface. What was nice and clean with easy to see photos, now is flooded with unnecessary details and buttons under each photo. Personally, I cannot use this app anymore.
1 ★This app is a virtual front for prostition in Thailand. I'm not against it, but there is about 1% of woman here who are really interested in a normal date or a relationship. You can block all of them but they reapear under a new free id and keep coming back, spamming away at any foreign face 99.9.% want your money or finanial support. Ive met only 2 ladies in 3 years who were not. And I receive about 50 DMs a day. When you tell the scammer ladies you know Thailand well, they ghost you.

1 ★The dating site 'ThaiFriendly' is FRAUDULENT! After I'd purchased a 1 month premium subscription it automatically charged me for the next month without any warning in advance. I wrote them my complaint and requested to get me the refund for that month, but they've ignored my complaint and request for the refund. BE AWARE: The AUTOMATIC renewal of your subscription for the upcoming period is set by default !!!
1 ★Worst app, i have paid for 1 month subscription and after day. My account was downgraded to free account. Tried to restore purchase multiple time but of no use. Don't use this app if you don't want to get scammed. There's no option to contact anyone to resolve the issue.
4 ★I took premium and thought to have a problem to stop automatic renewal but they informed me that I paid by google not thaifriendly. So for others struggling to cancel automatic renewal, check your google payments and subscription if you keep being charged automatically. Otherwise premium is working well, a lot of people, around pattaya a lot of working ladies so don't be surprised if the conversation is centered on your budget but in other provinces it's a mixt. Very good dating website overall.
3 ★The app won't open for me even though I am a paid Premium member and try to access it through your website. Update: On your regular website I saw an option to "use the new mobile app". I clicked on that and the old mobile app opened but in a whole new url with a new short cut to apply to my homepage. When did that change happen? Wouldn't it have saved a lot of frustration and confusion if we were told about that or simply directed to the "new mobile app" automatically? Ok. I'll add 2 stars.
1 ★App is trash. Some women get free premium, that they dont even know about. You message them once; all of a sudden they are premium and you cant message again. Seems like scam site. Photos i submit arent accepted; yet break no rules. most women just want money- Now they are forcing me to verify my photos before they accept them. yet many users on app without verified photos
2 ★Finding a lot of sex workers and scammers. Not as good as it used to be. They aren't checking female profiles very well if at all. An update, verification of a photo doesn't stop sex workers. Many write freelance but you don't even check this. I have reported many profiles only to notice that a number of them aren't being deleted by you, even when they offer money, because most are good looking woman who attract men that buy premium membership and don't know if these problems until they pay.
1 ★The app is atrocious to use. You can only use the site if you are verified. But you can only get verified if you upload a picture with a pose they suggest. As soon as you take the photo an upload it, the app crashes. Asking the site for feedback was a no go. No reply... Waste of time.
1 ★I was a premium number and with the new updates I decided not to renew premium. The free option was even more clunky and amazingly the majority of women are now incredibly popular and I can't talk to them. In the current economic climate $20 a month for this poorly designed application is outrageous. I'm gone bye bye
