1 ★Just like what the others said, everything was working fine until decided to "switch off" my profile for a while and when I went back it's not working anymore. Tried to sign up again but it always say "profile terminated" and "u can send a report etc etc". Hope the admin will fix this issue.
1 ★Credit card scam!! Very expensive, and people are mostly fake, they encourage you to use the most expensive chat methods to spend credit quickly. Every time I bought credit I needed a different card, my providers didn't block the purchase so I assume they are harvesting credit card info. Cancelled my cards and quit.
1 ★This app is 90% fake profiles that lead you on wild goose chases for hours. 45$ spent and you can't have one decent conversation more money somehow. Also to add to this, you can't officially delete your account. One would assume that this ends your subscription. It does not. Even if you "delete" your account it can still be accessed at any time. I was charged $90 over the course of 2 months for an account that had been "deleted". Don't get ripped off like I did. Google will not refund you!
1 ★Was going to pay for another month but the person I viewed and wanted to chat with wasn't saved in Profiles I viewed so I wont ever pay again. Many wrong info in match section says I'm willing to relocate and not willing to relocate on other womens profile among a lot other mistakes that change on womens profiles. Beware!!!!! A lot better apps than these Cupid apps!!!
1 ★I was filling out the IMBRA and you guys are missing Utah from the list of states. But at least you remembered District of Columbia, so that's good. Then, you won't let users message each other unless they have a subscription, but you dont offer subscription option in the app? I have to contact customer service?? This app is a joke.
1 ★Im a bit amazed of how many messages ive all of a sudden received in a time span of 1 30 mins of signing up. Which I know is unusual because out all dating sites i never get matched nor receive that many without even initiating an interaction. But the fact that you have to pay money just to read your message is abit ridiculous, so it leads me to believe that its just an advertisement strategt to get you to upgrade. I understand getting a better match you can pay money, but to communicate...wow
1 ★The rules for photos is so frustrating. I understand for profile pics you need a clear picture of your face but if every photo has to be a close up of your face, how can you show any personality? So shallow... all my best, most interesting photos rejected... Also no ability to crop or move the picture around so the top of my head is often chopped off
1 ★It would be a great app if it would be usable, but like that you can't actually use it without paying an enormous expensive plan. That's not the only downgrade, because of this, the platform has few users and that's sad. Don't waste your time! I mean, you can't even see a received message or pay a cheaper method.
1 ★Total garbage of an app. Interface is not smooth at all. Feels cheap compared to Badoo or Tinder. They keep tilting my photo 90° when it's perfectly normal. Giving me a warning for posting my Instagram contact on my profile when other dating app is fine just shows how greedy the developer is. Money is no issue to me. In fact I do considered paying. But after these experience, hard to think if it's worth it anymore. Your generic reply here isn't gonna do you any good for your reputation.
4 ★I was worried about using this app. Because all the people say its full of scammers. But i didn't realy have that problem. I got maybe 2 girls out of a 100 that asked for money. And i just ignored them. They should make a trial version maybe limited to 10 messages an hour or a day for people to try. You are lossing out on bussiness. Not many people are willing to hand out there credit card. Without trying it first.
1 ★For an app that is advertised as free with in-app purchases, this one requires you pay just to use the message system even once. I recommend using an app that is actually free where in-app purchases simply help to promote your profile. I personally wouldn't test the legitimacy of an app that doesn't even give a trial version or a limited use per day.
3 ★I can't give a good or bad rate yet. I can understand the need of money to maintain the website. But most of people who want to join is definitely wanting it free. For my feedback, you should add limited number of how many people they can communicate with. If they want to chat with different person, count on how many they have chat with and made them paid less then membership to have a new space for chatting. I recommend to have 10 people try
