1 ★DO NOT TRUST this app. They ripped me off, the driver's are always lost and there's no security, they overcharge after a while, put my last order was stolen by the driver or whoever was and it refused to give me a refund.
1 ★Courier stole my order and support said I couldn't prove it and that it was actually my fault for not getting it. They couldn't prove that the courier didn't run off with it either. Glad to know a $20 refund was too much to ask for them to keep a customer. They didnt even revoke the tip. App riddles u with notifications and in-app popups all the time telling u to spend more and more anyways so it'll be a relief to get rid of it.
2 ★Sometimes it is cheaper than Uber or doordash. But the forced tip is insane. I saw the delivery guy went from 200m of the pickup restaurant to 6km away and he stayed there for 10min. Then I have to tip him for that. Fair enough

3 ★I recommend cross referencing your prices with the restaurant real menu. I tried it for pick up for a local restaurant since I got directed to the app to use from google maps for a online order pickup. Prices were 20% higher with the app than their real menu. I get delivery but pickup to me is quite a bit of b.s. Ended up going to the restaurant website to look for pickup and they had their own pickup menu that matched their menu price with no markup. Door dash at least keep pickup price same
1 ★Terrible Experience - Hidden Membership Charges! I ordered food through this app and paid using my credit card. Little did I know, I was being charged a membership fee every month without my consent! It’s incredibly frustrating that this was happening for months before I even realized it. This feels deceptive and dishonest—there was no clear explanation or warning about these charges. If you're considering using this app, check your account carefully, or you mi
1 ★Poor customer service and membership is not worth it. The worst part is, sometimes food doesn't match what you ordered and takes forever to get it resolved.... not good when you are hungry.
