1 ★You can't watch any movie or show either it is live or replay. Try to download film instead to watch offline and also can't be downloaded. Everything you try to watch same error message pop up. Susbcribed through Canal box emtel.
2 ★Mixed, my-and-french language. Cannot cast to Samsung Smart TV. No app for Tizen. Barely working in Chrome/Firefox. Right now, comparing to Netflix, HBO GO, Player, not usuful and definitely not worth the price. Response: I am sorry for your agreement but this is not the poblem of a consumer. What I can do is to compare your offer, the list of supported devices and the price you want me to pay with the other streaming services. I did not buy a Smart TV just to buy yet another Chromecast stick.
3 ★Cons: No effort on the side of Canal+ to localize the app, as most of the messages/pop up boxes are in French. I find it hard to find the right content/program I'm looking for via categories. For example a football match, which is less popular and one that is not advertised on the main page. I have no such issues with Netflix or HBOgo. Freezes from time to time. Pros: Good range of sport events/programs. Is watchable even on very slow internet.
1 ★Very upsetting, due to the fact that you need an Emtel connection to enjoy the facilities. However on the previous app, you could view the "a la demande" on any network. This is purely a marketing motive and you'll be losing clients. I bet in other countries, you need not to have a specific connection from a particular brand co, to have the facilities available. You really need yo review this facility.
1 ★Issue: App not playing video. The video does not load at all. Error message says video fails to load. Please help. Application being used in Mauritius. Problem is error message repeatedly says that it can not load the video. Dear Team, Do you have an update on the above mentioned issue?When can we expect a solution in respect to other networks? 1 ★After installing, just getting a black screen. Nothing else. I am on my home wifi (SFR Box). I removed and reinstalled three times. I am in Paris. I have installed the app on my Sony XZ2 phone purchased at FNAC Paris in January 2020. My internet/cable TV provider is SFR . When at home, I am connected to 5G wifi and I have a subscription to Canal+. I also have the latest Android updates approved by Sony. Let me know if you need more info. P.
1 ★Don't expect subtitles - much content both live TV and A la demand is missing subtitles, either in VF or VO. This includes films where subtitles are available from other providers, or when broadcast via cable or IPTV (e.g. Le Sens de la fête has subtitles with Orange VOD and when broadcast on Cine+ premier). myCANAL obviously only care about users who can enjoy content without subtitles, so don't bother to subscribe if that isn't you.
1 ★On the one hand you keep confirming that only emtel users can view live channels via the app and that you are investigating why other networks can't connect. But at the Trianon outlet one lady clearly spelt out that being with my.t I will never be able to use the app. Literally she said that my.t is the competitor and that they won't allow them access to the app. All that with a triumphant smile might I add. Y a deux catégories d'abonnés je suppose.
1 ★Watched 3 episodes of BDL, the app crashed about 50 times. Sometimes the UI doesn't show up, sometimes it just freezes and you have to force quit, sometimes the app crashes before even displaying the splash screen... I still have 1 episode to watch, but already lost half an hour trying to play it. And guess what? The app just crashed while I was writing this comment! 🤦‍♂️ Just find another dev team already
1 ★Application always lag trying to play some videos. I have try updating the app, reinstalling the app. Try on different bandwidth speed and i've never been able to watch any program on the application. Always gives the error message" Erreur lors du chargement de la vidéo ". I absolutely don't recommend downloading this application. Also Canal + please stop making advertisements on a product that doesn't work.
1 ★No show ever plays. Live tv never plays. Nothing. Why make an app if we cant even watch it. In case somebody decides to look into as they should, i am from Mauritius. Edit: the screen is black but the buttons are displayed. There is a red circle continuously looping around the pause button. Yes i did uninstall and reinstall Edit: Hi, i am referring to the app on the google play store. Was it supposed to work with emtel wifi only?? 😳 I do use myT. Okay lemme try with emtel service /WiFi.
1 ★The app does not work, you cannot watch Live TV. It's probably because I use Myt at home. I cannot understand why CanalSat Maurice is putting restrictions based on network used. You have no right to force the client to use Emtel just because it is in the same group of companies. Emtel network is not reliable, stop insisting on your clients to use this network to be able to use a service that we are already paying for. I've been a client for more than 10 years!!! I deserve more consideration.
