25 gr margarin (lelehkan)
30 gr coklat masak pekat (dark cooking chocolate), lelehkan
Terdapat pula bahan yang digunakan sebagai isi atau taburan dari martabak brownies, antara lain :
50 gr margarin
Susu kental manis vanila
50 gr coklat masak pekat (dark cooking chocolate), diserut
75 gr keju, parut
Setelah semua bahan telah siap, langsung saja masuk ke cara membuatnya yang terdiri dari :
Ayak semua bahan seperti tepung, baking powder, vanil dan coklat bubuk lalu sisihkan.
Pecahkan telur lalu tuang isinya ke dalam mangkok adonan dan kocoklah sambil menambahkan gula hingga mengembang.
Masukkan bahan campuran tepung secara perlahan yang diselingi dengan susu cair sembari mengaduknya hingga merata.
Tambahkan margarin dan coklat masak pekat (dark cooking chocolate) sambil diaduk hingga merata lalu diamkan adonan ± 30 menit.
Siapkan cetakan martabak manis, lalu panaskan.
Tuang adonan hingga mencapai separuh dari tinggi cetakan, masak hingga mengembang dan matang serta berpori.
Angkat dan tempatkan pada piring saji, tambahkan bahan isian/taburan yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya.
Lipat tepat ditengah-tengah lingaran lalu potong menjadi beberapa bagian. Martabak brownies pun siap untuk disantap.
