Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★I read about people having trouble loading GPX files, and I did, too, until I did single GPX locations. Pocket querries are one big xml file containing multiple locations. This app only grabs the first one. App would be great if it were able to separate all the locations in the GPX files. Would also get my five stars if the GPX files could be downloaded to the SD card instead of my dwindling phone memory. I, too, will wait and see what happens. Till then, the old fashion way will suffice.
1 ★Nice concept, but totally unusable with newer versions of android.
1 ★Android 4.4 crashes...
2 ★Could not get the app to load downloaded pocket query. Interesting concept though.
1 ★I love the idea of this app, but the reality sadly does not measure up to the concept. Most gpx files I have tried (from several different sources) just FC the app, the ones that don't bomb the app out always get one or two points misplotted. I will check back in a few months to see if the devs have got it to work, but until then I have better use for the space it takes up on my phone. Uninstalled.
1 ★Unable to load gpx files. Seems like a great idea, but no open file dialog.
1 ★Crashed a few seconds after starting up on my Note 4 with Android 5.5. Great concept, but needs work.
1 ★Crashed on first use
