With the app, you can easily monitor the status of your devices, open a support tunnel for a problematic device, and quickly access contact information for technical support in your region. If you have multi-factor authentication enabled for your Barracuda Cloud Control account, the app can also be used as your authentication code generator.A free Barracuda customer account is required in order to access your own devices.
