Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★App is pointless. Offers nothing to administer the devices. Red and green status only, no metrics.
2 ★Please update this app, it has so much potential! Why can't we see reports, sources, control the appliance, etc? This should be a fully featured solution with access to everything available from the browser!
1 ★Can we please see specifics about backup jobs?!?
1 ★Needs more functionality
2 ★This really isn't much of an app. This has just the Web Control and dumbed it down to a simple is it working or not. If this app had options to configure settings in our barracuda systems I would rate it higher. But for now, it's really of no use to me.
2 ★This app looks great. Unfortunately, that's about all the pros. Once you sign in, you can see all your devices connected to Cloud Control but you can't manage them. Sure, I can see a backup server has an issue, but can I see what that is? No.
5 ★Took a while to get here but I'm glad it's here. I no longer have to find my Ipad to check the status.
2 ★The app won't retain MFA settings. The one-time setup is not one time. It always asks to set up the device again. When you go to the website it shows the device as being MFA enabled but the app still shows that it hasn't been set up. What's worse, is that you need to call Barracuda support to have them remove the MFA device listed on the website because the generate one-time-use authentication tokens feature does not work when trying to delete the device but works when trying to login to the site.
2 ★Does nothing. Gains nothing. Good for nothing.
3 ★Works well but has low functionality (as per reviews going back several years).
5 ★Works great
