Langkah
Rebus daging 15 menit, saring airnya agar kaldu bersih. Rebus lagi hingga 15 menit masukan wortel dan kentang, Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi masukan cengkeh, kayumanis, bunga lawang dan kapulaga tambah air rebusan daging 4 sendok nasi. Masak hingga mendidih (cukup sampai mendidih jangan sampai kering rebus dengan api kecil cenderung sedang), Masukan air tumisan bumbu sambil disaring agar cengkeh dkk tidak ikut masuk ke rebusan daging, Masak hingga daging empuk, wortel dan kentang matang.
