5 ★As far as my experience i never had a problem with lalamove,even though some drivers irritated but ,with the help of best customer care service, problem was sloved very quickly,over all good one with reasonable fare prices, everyone should try
5 ★I had a very smooth experience with lalamove. The driver was punctual and also helped us load the stuff. It's very reasonable and I would highly recommend this to people who are looking for fast, reasonable and smooth shifting.
1 ★Very poor service, customer support is adamant and arrogant. Raised a request for email invoice for one of my order and they couldn't send it. Giving 1 star for that rider who helped transfer goods. Other than that everything about this app is frustrating.
4 ★Good app but very less character one can write in name, and need to add landmark tab which makes easy for locating the address (pickup/drop point). Address saving option should be asked while confirming the point. Lalamove is reasonable. But Dunzo is more user friendly in terms of saving address and relocating the old saved address. Hope few of feature will be updated soon. Thanks
1 ★Do not use this app under any circumstances. Once you register here, lot of PPL are reaching out via whatsapp and it's irritating. I even deleted my account, still I am getting messages in WhatsApp. I started to block those numbers with lalamove as DP, still am getting Hi , Good Morning messages from new numbers. Very Annoying.

1 ★Please enable the e-receipt toggle before initiating the order. I forgot to enable the e receipt toggle before initiating. I can't able to claim one of the bill which I initiated via lalamove app. Atleast they can send the bill details. Seriously worst ever app. Please don't prefer this
