1 ★Started off fine after updating crashed. I haven't been able to log in again

1 ★Very glitchy and now I can't even log in despite changing my password multiple times.

1 ★This app is terrible. I had to use it to communicate with my diabetes supplier. Bad enough that most of the time it would reject a correct password, but at some point the app was updated to send a code via SMS. When this happened, it stopped sending me notifications. As a result of this "upgrade" I missed a note asking for another insurance pre-authorization and I had to go a month with no diabetes supplies. Thanks a lot McKesson. I've never been so happy to delete an app in my life.

1 ★My pharmacy forced me to use this app in order to get parts for my kid's cpap machine and it makes me want to switch pharmacies. The app is buggy as hell, it requires you to log in with a text message every time you log in which is a long process when you're trying to have a conversation. They send me texts telling me to check my in app messages and when I do there aren't any. Absolute waste of my time and patience.

3 ★Annoying to have to have a special app but nice to be able to get supplies when it's time. Also annoying that they force you to use 2factor authentication and then they don't allow you to change it. I set it up with email but want to use my phone now but there's seemingly no way to change it :'(

1 ★Updated the app now I keep getting network errors and it won't open anymore

1 ★Can't log in all of a sudden. Can't get any support. Supply of order is due. Keeps saying there is an error with the 2 factor authentication (which I have never had to use before)

1 ★If I could give this app a zero, I would. Going over a huge list with part names and serial numbers takes a long time and might require multiple revisions, but the app doesn't take this into account. It keeps logging out mid session, there is no option to save a partial list and come back to it later, and the best part? the app keeps logging out and DELETING whatever was already entered on the inquiry if you take more than 5 minutes to complete it. Absolute garbage.
