4 ★It works well to see your schedule but I really wish it had an option to sync with Google calendar. It would also be nice if my requested days off were a different color than days I'm scheduled to actually work. Otherwise works well for what its made for
3 ★This is app is great when it works right. 80% of the time I am unable to click in from the app beciaeeit tells me I'm out if range from the time clock, even though I'm standing directly under it!
1 ★App doesn't have full options compared to the one you open in browser
1 ★This app sucks! You cannot do a lot of things from the app, you have to use a computer and log in to website to just change or delete a shift! Who's got time for that? At the very least you should be able to delete an unwanted shift from the app.
3 ★Good to request shifts, but you cant cancel a request that has already been made! This makes it very difficult to manage a schedule properly. Also, there should be color coding on the shift calendar so that at a glance you can see whether you requested a shift or requested a shift off, or have an approved shift or shift off on a particular date. It is very difficult to sync calendars based on this app.
2 ★It is ok. I would like to see different colored dots for different events on the schedule. For instance, I am a new graduate and work nights. I also go to some trainings during days for my residency program. I would like to be able to have the different types of shifts different colors. This way I would know without having to actually click on each dot to see what time I work. I would also like to see an add for vacancies available so i could pick up an incentive shift if I wanted to.
1 ★I have not enjoyed this app. It will not allow me to edit errors. Then I have to wait until I get to work then try to correct what I was trying to complete at home. I can't see where the pay periods ends. This app is NOT helpful at all. So I am uninstalling/deleting this app. I feel so disorganized and I'm wasting time trying all of this on my phone then having to redo it again at work. No this is NOT for me.
4 ★I like this app, the only thing I don't is the fact that you can't request an 8 hour shift instead of the standard 12; sometimes you want to help your team out but not stay all day. Other than that it is sufficient and I always have my schedule at the tip of my fingers. I'm a busy chic and I don't have time to put to add my schedule in Outlook Calendar (life is too short).
2 ★I transferred hospitals and now my schedule is all over the place. It looks like my weekends were input already, so now it is showing I work every single weekend instead of every other. Please fix so once someone transferrs, weekends are not getting mixed up. When I sign into API at work, it is correct. When I sign into the app, it is not. This is not a mgmt. correction. This is an app correction. My manager does not see this on her end at all, therefore corrections cannot be made on her end.
1 ★The most confusing interfaces ever. The time card is poor designed; ended up spending half of the day off try to do just one thing i.e reviewing worked days for each pay period. I wish employer lets us contribute our opinion before switching to this system. I cannot believe that technology slower than conservative paper submission. I do not wish to use the app if I have a choice to submit a paper to reviews my info. I don't think the developing team ever work a day as traditional regular job before becoming app developer. It is very sad to review and has such a high hope this will improve and replace the older system or version of timecard and work schedule review. I wanted to give this app minus 10 .
1 ★Trying to clock in at work is awful. I have an android and it picks up the sensor to clock in/out maybe 40% of the time. The other 60% is spent trying to find a "sweet spot." So I can spend 2-3 minutes trying to use the app to clock in and then it still not work and I have to go to a computer to clock in. And now a new problem today has arose where I can't login. I've tried on different wifi networks at different times of the day and I cant get in. Honestly the pros are outweighed by the cons.
5 ★works perfectly! great to have mobile access to my benefits (days off, etc). great for planning family trips while being concious of budgeted days. Additionally, following protocols for taking sick days when you are already at the doctor's with a sick kiddo is an extra bonus. It means I can keep my attention on what is really important - my family!! - without having to compromise my professional standards.
