Agar-agar bubuk 1 bungkus
Susu cair 200 ml
Air matang 400 ml
Gula pasir 80 gram
Jeli powder 0,5 sendok teh
Vanili pasta secukupnya
Cara membuat
1 Masak smua bahan puding bening sampai matang. Bagi menjadi beberapa bagian, beri pewarna, dan masukkan selasih ( yg sudah direndam )
2 Masak semua bahan puding susu sampai matang. Sisihkan
3 Di dalam wadah agar...... Untuk lapis pertama, masukkan puding bening, tunggu sampai agak dingin dan berkulit tipis.
4 Masukkan puding susu secara perlahan
5 Lakukan bergantian untuk semua bahan puding. Sampai wadah agar penuh. Bila bahan puding kurang, buat lagi bahan puding nya.
Tips untuk resep ini :
Pasti kan lapisan puding sudah berkulit dikit , baru dituang lapisan berikut nya. Tapi jangan terlalu tebal berkulit nya... Nanti agar nya ga menempel sempurna.
