Bersihkan ceker dari kulit luar dan potong kukunya (kebetulan saya membeli yang sudah bersih jadi tinggal dicuci lagi dirumah). Panaskan air setelah itu masukan ceker yang sudah bersih dan 1 sendok makan garam lalu rebus ceker sampai empuk. Jika air berkurang tambahkan air kembali ya moms.Sangrai kemiri kemudian haluskan bersama bawang merah, bawang putih, sampai halus. Memarkan jahe kira2 1 ruas jari. Setelah itu siapkan wajan tuang 1 sendok minyak goreng tumis semua bumbu termasuk daun jeruk dan 2 batang serai. Tumis hingga harum lalu tuangkan kedalam panci (air mendidih).. tambahkan garam sesuai selera.
Setelah itu rebus mie bihun lalu tiriskan, rebus tauge sebentar saja lalu tiriskan. Potong tomat dengan bentuk dadu dan iris tipis daun bawang.lalu ulek cabai rawit merah kemudian siram dengan minyak goreng panas. Simpan dalam wadah masing ya moms.Siapkan mangkuk lalu isi mangkuk dengan mie bihun, tauge, tomat, daun bawang lalu siram dengan kuah soto panas dan isi dengan ceker. Beri sambel dan perasan air jeruk nipis sesuai selera.. Selamat mencoba moms semua..
