Kocok gula pasir, baking powder dan margarin hingga lembut, lalu masukkan tepung terigu dan aduk hingga rata. Campurkan oatmeal dan keju parut, aduk semua bahan hingga tercampur rata. Panaskan oven 10 menit sebelum digunakan, sambil bentuk adonan (bisa pakai cetakan), saya kasih hiasan chocochips diatasnya dan susun di loyang kue kering yang sudah diolesi sedikit mentega atau kertas roti. Panggang dengan suhu oven 150 derajat Celcius selama 15-20 menit atau sampai bagian atas cookies berwarna kecokelatan. Setelah dikeluarkan dari oven, biarkan dingin lalu simpan di toples agar tetap renyah. Cookies siap disantap
