PIER24 is op 1 november 2016 opgericht en is ontstaan uit een samenwerking tussen Visgilde Lijffijt & De Jong en Egro Horecaspecialisten. Beide organisaties zijn gevestigd in Utrecht en hebben als doel om de horecamarkt met hun brede ervaring in de vishandel en in de horeca optimaal te bedienen met goede en constante viskwaliteit tegen een aantrekkelijke prijs.PIER24 levert haar vis puur, maar ook ambachtelijk bewerkt in onze eigen keuken en rokerij.
Wij snijden en verpakken de vis in de door u gewenste porties en grammages. Gefileerd , met vel, geschubd of juist zonder vel, u zegt het maar. Onze visspecialist Jelle de Jong komt regelmatig bij u langs om zo goed op de hoogte te blijven van uw specifieke wensen. Ook helpt hij u graag bij het maken van uw menukaart waarbij we samen met u zoeken naar vissoorten die goed verkrijgbaar zijn in het betreffende seizoen.
In onze App kunt u direct bestellen en contact opnemen, vindt u meer informatie over ons Boord tot Bord concept, onze eigen rokerij en de inspiratiekeuken. Wij plaatsen wekelijks de weekaanbieding, dus vergeet u niet ‘berichten’ in te stellen op de App, zodat u altijd direct op de hoogte wordt gesteld.
