1 ★The app is a disaster. There are more ads than the contents you would actually want to see, and there is no way to turn these ads off even if you choose to “block” them. There are always ads for you even you manually put the ad account into the Blacklist.
1 ★When I noticed there was an update available, I assumed you would have resolved the login problem for overseas users. I still haven't received the SMS verification code, though; the update only reduced my phone's storage. What does "Sending verification code fails(8517),request again" mean? I tried "request again" numerous times, but your app always just returned the same useless error message.
4 ★I'm in Canada & I was able to sign up for an account with my Canadian number. Yes it defaults to 86 Country code. I clicked on that dropdown & it opened a selection for all country codes listed alphabetically. Also if you are stuck getting the message " you've exceeded the number of attempts. Try again ...", then look below. There is a small icon that allows you to switch login types. Try that, then it will recognize that you're international, & offer an international registration.
1 ★Keep crashing and after clearing cache, unable to obtain verification code to log in eventhough i have a password Update: I had to delete the app, all the apk file in the phone, and reinstall the app from under my web weibo account, which is the older version of this app. I was then able to get a verification code and log back in. Until they fix the new version I am not updating this app.

3 ★All I can say is that it took many many attempts of trying & retrying solving puzzles, denied access, & "too many attempts" error messages b4 it finally worked & I was able to create the account. From there, I opened the browser version, scanned the QR & I was in. I worked in China. Getting a visa was easier than creating a Weibo account!!
4 ★It's good really, I'm using this app because most of my Chinese idols don't have other social media accounts like Twitter, instagram etc...However I wish you could add translations on the app, because me, as a non-chinese user is really having a hard time using this. Yes, there's an app for international users but I prefer this than that. It's easy to use. The translations are the only problem.

1 ★As I don't live in China I cannot make an account, I have tried several times but my verification code never gets sent, it's a good app but it also needs to be improved so foreigner outside China can also use this app and make an account.
1 ★I've tried to register a new international account a few times (using both versions of the app) with my Canadian phone number but it's been unsuccessful. I can't seem to recieve the verification code via text. I've tried to do so in different places at different times so I don't think it's a signal issue on the part of my provider.

4 ★It was really hard to register a Weibo account. Thankfully, they let me create one after I persistently tried. I'm only on the basic level when it comes to understanding when reading and listening to Mandarin and I hope that there's an option for me to change the language setting so I can just read the posts instead of translating the posts first so I could comprehend what it meant.
