2 ★Two stars for effort, it appears to be built using hybrid technology like Cordova/Phonegap. Not a fan, because typically most developers use it for the first time and wing-it, which makes the app experience not great, thus the low ratings. Pros low cost app, cons if not done well waste of money. However, the Web App version seems to be decent.

2 ★Not a very good app. It's barely more than a mobile version of the website and even then it doesn't work well. There is no indicator that something is loading for many buttons so you have no idea if it's working or not. Often clicking buttons won't do anything at all.

1 ★Sucks. Does not work. I cannot get in to the site under my name. I thought when I used my husbands information it would log us all on. Nope, I do not exist. Look at Cignas login. That is a great example of a webpage. It is so easy to use.

2 ★Terrible app. You have to log in twice on two separate log in screens to get to you member id card. Once you're there, the download button doesnt work. Might as well just log into the browser site. Much to be improved here.

1 ★I've never even been able to log into the app. I consistently get an error saying the server is not responding. Have tried this on wifi and mobile data multiple times.

2 ★Better off just using the full site. Even if you can get the app to stay connected to the server, the serch engines are confusing unless you already know exactly what you are looking for.
