Virtual care is not appropriate for emergencies including, but not limited to, chest pain, shortness of breath, possible concussion, abdominal pain, mental status changes, numbness, tingling or weakness. Our providers only treat conditions that can safely be handled remotely. If necessary, the provider will recommend for you to be seen by a nearby provider for an in-person, in-office exam.
There is a $45 fee per visit with the provider. This fee is waived for members of Sterling Urgent Care.
