*** APLICACIÓN GANADORA DEL TERCER LUGAR DE DESARROLLANDO AMÉRICA LATINA - COSTA RICA 2013 ***Esta aplicación fue creada para el hackathon Desarrollando América Latina 2013 en Costa Rica.
Con Su Contraloría usted nos podrá brindar información importante para calificar el desempeño de Instituciones Públicas y Privadas, su participación hará que los servicios brindados mejoren y usted reciba la ateción que merece.
¿Qué es Su Contraloría?
Es una aplicación para cualquier dispositivo móvil o de cómputo donde usted podrá brindar su opinión sobre el servicio recibido de una Institución Pública o Privada.
Con esta herramienta usted evaluará aspectos como atención, tiempo, personalidad del funcionario y variables que nos permitirá formar una visión global de su percepción del servicio recibido.
Califique según su experiencia de usuario y háganos llegar sus calificaciones para poder realizar las mejoras en los servicios solicitados.
¿Porqué es importante esta aplicación?
En muchas ocasiones, cuando acudimos a las instituciones públicas, quedamos tan insatisfechos por la forma en que funcionan los servicios que nuestras visita termina en un intercambio de lamentos con quienes nos acompañan en los trámites y (muchas veces) en una disputa con los funcionarios que nos atienden.
Por esa razón creamos esta aplicación, para brindar a los usuarios una Contraloría de Servicios Virtual donde nos pueden hacer llegar sus opiniones y califiquen el servicio que recibieron, de esta manera tomar cartas en el asunto y disminuir el índice de quejas de los usuarios y mejorar el servicio de las instituciones.
