Description
Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) tidak sekadar pemilih menggunakan hak pilihnya di TPS. Namun pemilih juga bertanggungjawab untuk mengawal proses pelaksanaan pilkada guna mewujudkan pilkada yang diselenggarakan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip kepemiluan universal dan bebas dari politik uang.Komisi Penghubung Karya Kerasulan Kemasyarakatan Keuskupan Agung Semarang (PK4AS) bekerjasama dengan Forum Masyarakat Katolik Indonesia-FMKI Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Progdi Sistem Informasi Unika SOEGIJAPRANATA berinisiatif mengelola aplikasi KAWAL PILKADA.
Aplikasi ini didedikasikan guna mewadahi laporan masyarakat yang bertanggungjawab atas temuan-temuan di lapangan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pemungutan suara yang sifatnya merugikan hak pilih dan mengganggu pelaksanaan pilkada. Laporan yang telah diverifikasikan atas disampaikan kepada Bawaslu Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Panitia Pengawas di tingkat Kabupaten-Kota.
