1 ★This app forces you to upload a photo of your ID (driver's license or passport) to place a bid on a property and then sends that ID to the seller's agent. This puts all potential buyers at a serious risk of identity theft because the agents can do whatever they want with people's IDs. In an actual offer and acceptance situation, the seller's agent can never ask the buyer for an ID. Only the settlement agent or conveyancer, who are licensed legal practitioners, has the authority to check IDs.

1 ★Totally negative. The amount of spam that I have been inundated with after having to sign up is shameful. Not my choice to use this platform. You do not have the option Not to share your personal information with their "partners", and given the amount of information you have to provide I have no faith that my personal details are in any way secure.

1 ★Really difficult to app to work with. Disappointed. BACK takes to the 1st step where everything is reset. Filters are so limited that in practice doesn't make much difference. No map view (search). Not able to save or download the documents of the property bidding.

1 ★I can get into the app fine but the next time I want to have a look, I have to uninstall and reinstall just to log in. Every time I go back to the app I am asked to update. No option to update in playstore. Only reinstalling seems to work

1 ★I just needed to reset my password to login via the browser but because I'm picking up the reset email via my phone, it's directing me to download the app. There's no alternative to do it via the browser. This is infuriating as I don't want or need the app on my phone. So I'll be swiftly deleting it now I've reset my password but Openn - you've left a sour taste in your tactics to get more downloads

1 ★As a buyer its awful, I'll find a property that doesn't use openn. Hungry sellers trying to push their price up. You won't find a good property with a reasonable price on here. It's not about transparency at all.
