ATM Locator Pakistan helps you find Banks and ATMs around you and provide their contact details with driving directions. You can also search Banks and ATMs anywhere in Pakistan and save them as favorites for later use (can only be used online).ATM Locator Pakistan needs both Location and Internet services to work. Missing any of these services would obstruct it to function effectively.
Location-Based Dependencies: ATM Locator relies on GPS and Mobile Network to find your current location. GPS would return more accurate results but might take longer to acquire fix of your location. However, the mobile network uses cell sites to determine location much faster but with less accuracy. Keeping both options active from the Location Settings will provide faster and more accurate results and therefore it is recommended.
Internet-Based Dependencies: ATM Locator needs data connection to fetch Banks/ATMs data and maps. The overall performance of the app would depend on the speed of your data services. You would get much faster results on WiFi networks. While GPRS and Edge performance would vary depending on the service provider. Bandwidth consumed to fetch Banks/ATMs info would take only few KBs but using maps would significantly utilize more data.
Search Option: You can search Banks/ATMs anywhere in Pakistan with their contact details like branch address, phone, email and website’s URL. Search can be filtered to city, branch name or branch code. To facilitate your search, autocomplete option for typed bank names and cities is added so that you can make valid queries.
Trial and a Beta Version: Since this is a beta version so it might be a little behind your top expectations. But we want to make this app perfect and this could only be possible with your feedback and reviews. Share ideas which could enhance your user experience and please report any bugs or errors that come across. Being a trial version currently we provide maximum 25 banks in any search or nearby list. Currently only 15 banks could be saved as favorites for later use online and no offline support is available. Lastly, operations that could be performed on any selected ATM/Bank are limited to finding route, making a phone call or saving as favorite.
NOTE:
• Sometimes GPS might take longer to fix your location, so you could move outdoors for faster results.
• If battery is too low, you can turn the GPS off and rely on mobile network option to determine your location.
• If the waiting screen is taking too long to fetch results, retrying the task might be helpful sometimes. This is usually because of the temporary network congestion.
• In beta version you may find duplicates, spelling mistakes or incomplete addresses in data. But this is only temporary as we would share our new updated dataset very soon.
