1 ★Was für ein witz findet nichts wenn ich karton und meine PLZ eingebe.
2 ★Benachrichtigungen funktionieren nicht oder höchstens sporadisch. Was ebenfalls fehlt, ist eine Stadtkarte mit den Entsorgungsstandorten. Zudem keine Kontaktmöglichkeit via App (damit wäre dieses negative öffentliche Feedback erspart geblieben).
1 ★Es gab mal Zeiten wo das ERZ mir gnädigst erlaubte eine ich Datei mit meinen Entsorgungsterminen runter zu laden. Entfernt ist die nun, um mich zu puschen mich den push Mitteilungen dieser lausig gemachten App zu ergeben. Ich darf in dem unübersichtlichen interface nicht mal wählen wann ich genau benachrichtigt werden möchte. Und dann noch ständig mit Bündelregeln voll gepappt. Hat da der Pauli aus seinem stinkigen renn BMW raus diktiert wie er mich belehrt sehen möchte? Danke ERZ, da habt ihr wirklich Müll produziert, und dass wo doch euer job eigentlich das gegenteil wäre. PS: Eine verbesserung wären zum beispiel abonierbare Ical kalender gewesen, die ich mir nach postleitzahl hätte abonieren können. Aber eben, das wäre halt simpel und nützlich gewesen... und keine Gelegenheit mich dabei mit diesem hässlichen grünen design zu schocken.
1 ★Shows dates for other ZIP-codes than I live in. Doesn't let me create personalized reminders. App is asking for identity, device-ID and call informations which is totally infringing. You shouldn't be too surprised if people start putting paper and cardboard outside when they just feel to. Bad service, Zurich!

1 ★Wenn ihr euch die SMS sparen wollt, warum dann nicht email? sorry aber wir brauchen doch nicht für alles eine app. und wenns doch eine app sein muss, dann bitte Design guidelines erst einmal anschauen, und dann umsetzen, nicht ignorieren.
1 ★keine ahnung was jetzt wieder los ist. ich versteh nicht mehr was ich einstellen muss und ich weiss auch nicht wann ich wntsorgen muss. seit ich die app installiert habe sind bereits 50 notifications angekommen. schade, die alte app hat das wunderbar gemacht.

2 ★There should be an option to alert only for specific occurences. E.g. alert me that I should take my cardboard out on 29.7. (because that is the date For selected for my PLZ) but not every time I want to take it out. Ideally this would simply export the event into the existing calendar app. Also, when viewing recycling dates it should say on which day of the week it falls and how far along in the future is it. E.g. Thu 29.7. (in 18 days). It would be nice if it offered a calendar view in addition to a list. Allowing English in the app would be a nice to have as well.
2 ★How do I save my preferences in my Profile? I turned off some of the notifications in my postcode (my profile) but cannot get the app to save them
