5 ★Impressive! Please maintain this service. Ur application, UI and services is great than the compititors
1 ★Worst app ever . At the beginning , they offered free delivery over Rs. 100/- but now the minimum cart value for free delivery has been raised to Rs. 750/- . They were just setting the bait for the customer to make them habitual of using this app and later "Boom !" They are now heading towards bagging some huge profits out of out money . Pathetic way . Shame on you.
1 ★I thought of try this app and my first experience made me realize not to use this app. Instead use more reliable apps like bigbasket n all. The worst app with the worst service.. They just making fool around you.. You keep calling to departmental store and they giving u time slots and they won't deliver your stuff. Even there is no helpline working.. There is no customer care number..
5 ★One of the best application to deliver groceries at home. This application is my go to all the time. They deliver in almost like 4 hours after placing the order if they slots or they deliver within 24 hours. Their staff is co-operative too. The only thing I miss is fruits😆😂 but afterall it's a kirana app you cannot expect it but they are awesome. Thank you so much for delivering groceries on time when even some of the application doesnt have slots or charging high delivery fees for one order
1 ★After adding products to cart, trying to order, always message pops up, ""the selected location is not deliverable, either change delivery location or change store"". Even after changing, the same message appears. Time waste. Uninstalling
1 ★Gonna stick to Amazon only. Giving it one star coz I ought to give stars in order to write my pathetic experience otherwise it doesn't even deserve one, worse service ever, ordered 2 items for trial both of those marked returned by itself. Neither the delivery partner contacted me once nor any customer service provider. I was at my house whole day, no one came, not even a single call, yet it highlighted returned. Even flipkart is better than this.
1 ★One item is missing but they charged full amount.. Quantity is less than ordered
2 ★Product prices are not updated, I have placed 3 orders, out of which 2 times the actual prices were higher than mentioned prices. Only one plus point that delivery is done within time, coz of that 2 star given.

4 ★Very pathetic service on 1st order itself order has been modified more than five times in 2 hours by seller more than 90% of items had been cancelled I have to cancel my all order, don't know why taking orders for that why not remove from the app stock this is ridiculous wish it was my last order ( the customer care guy assure me that this is would not happen ever again with any one so let's hope for the best)

Now store keeper also not responding. Pathetic service. If you are not willing to provide services then why you accept the orders, just wasting time and money. Not happy at all. Will not recomond to anyone. Also customer care only promise to deliver goods but fail to deliver. Don't waste your time and money.
1 ★Pathetic service.Yesterday, I ordered for first time. ETA was today , 11:45 AM. Called multiple times on rider assigned but he doesn't have any detail. Everytime on call they tell will get back to you in 10 min but no call received. Tried customer care as well but call disconnect s automatically after 2-3 minutes. Tell me what to do with this order as there is no assurance given till now. Called in respective store after taking update he told service is closed for 2-3 days.
