In three easy steps you can design customized self-hypnosis recordings.
Research and science show, that affirmations spoken in your own voice maximize change in behavior and enhance learning and motivation.
Self-instruction has proven to be a valuable tool in adult learning and new habit building.
We offer audio and video relaxation techniques and over 100 scripts with positive affirmations within the app.
HOW IT WORKS
After you log in, you can choose “create your audio” and then follow three steps:
Step 1: Pick a relaxation technique from our library.
Step 2: Record affirmations in your own voice (from our library or design your own).
Step 3: Select relaxing background music or sounds from our library
You will receive your customized self-hypnosis session recording in your inbox.
Your affirmations are repeated at least ten times after the relaxation technique.
The length of the final audio program is about 20 minutes.
It is recommended that you listen to your audio with headphones daily for best results for at least about two weeks. Your audio can be edited at anytime and shared with family and friends.

5 ★I found this app useful, helping me to focus on achieving my goals. I was able to create my own affirmations according to my situation or my goals. Using my own voice to record the affirmations is a very good idea, as if I traveled into my own heart and listening to what desires I want to achieve. Combining with the author hypnosis induction part, it helps me to relax from a stressful day and helps me keep focusing on the possibility of achieving my goals. The app is easy the navigate.

5 ★Epic it helps me change my life and make me over come my fears
2 ★I think this app is really great! I love the fact that you can record your own affirmations, and I love all the choices you have for personalizing a hypnosis session. It's powerful! However, it needs to be fixed. There's a major bug where it doesn't let me write my own affirmations in the boxes (the words erase once I enter the affirmation). My sessions get randomly deleted when I close the app. Self-hypnosis is way easier with this app. I'm really grateful. But this need to be de-bugged!
1 ★It's a fantastic idea, I was so looking forward to creating my own hypnosis but... the app is so bugged that is not usable. When playing back my recordings, my voice gets randomly cut out and sped up at different intervals resulting in me having to repeat my affirmations numerous times which is frustrating. Also, when I finally finished my recordings the file will not extract... which means a lot of wasted time. Please fix soon.
