5 ★I have been working with pos systems for years, this isn't a pos... it is atotal game changer!

5 ★App worked fine on my old phone, bought a pixel 2 and now I can't install the update. It downloads the update and then the red "install" button doesn't do anything at all. Update: still doesn't work on new version. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

3 ★... all the investments you have and then not posting an active app whereit's generally found doesn't exactly inspire trust for me. I understand therecent update isn't compatible with this version. But it is yourresponsibility to update the link.

1 ★Was working till first part of January. Then they had update several times in last 4 weeks. It stopped working on Android platform. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times in last 2 weeks. Nothing works

1 ★Been using for three years this month. We have a chain of 13 locations, and a few franchise locations. First off, get everything going up front. Don't take anyone's word about adding features. We are still waiting for some things promised that were coming soon. There have been several bugs on the way, and support has gotten steadily worse as time goes on. Many of the aforementioned bugs come in the way of constant updates (presumably to change toast to conform to a new customers wishes). No way to opt out of updates. So you settle in with an existing bug and have no trouble for a month then whammo - they introduce a bunch of new "features" and a bunch of stuff breaks that have been working for years. The Achilles heal, is if you go offline. The tablets are only connected in the cloud, so if you have order stations and kitchen stations and pay stations using tablets - then you are out of luck. They have something called "offline mode" but it is just a mental exercise, there really isn't a mode in which everything works offline. Practically nothing does. Basically, it's a Lot of nice feature packed bells and whistles. But they are missing the clapper from the bell, and the cheap plastic whistle is riddled with holes... So that little ball keeps getting lost. They are growing I guess - but we have yet to move them to our franchise locations out of the possible embarrassment and downright fear of what the next update will bring.
