1 ★It started off Good cool places to work with. But then. They'll suspend you for no reason and the A.I cancels your chances to find work. So just find another temp app because upshift was 1 out of 5 that I still have without any problems.

2 ★I understand from a business perspective why you wouldn't want anybody with tattoos but every shift is like this I haven't been able to find anything at all. Would of been nice to be informed about this before I wasted my time going to orientation.

1 ★It's not what they tell you it is,the only jobs they have are Line cooks and dishwashers. It was a complete waste of my time. The concept is cool for a temp service they just don't have any real jobs.

1 ★App keeps crashing causing me to NOT be able to respond so I'm suspended permanently which socks. Needs a hotline number to call to speak to real people to help fix the issues.

1 ★I was sick and had to cancel a shift. They gave me a strike and wouldn't accept my sick note. I was sick on October 13th and my sick note was dated on the 14th and excuses me for the 13th of October. They wouldn't accept my sick note because it was dated / written on the 14th. Who can always get into the doctor on the day they were sick? I do not trust upshift. I was having flare-ups with a digestive issue I have. They don't care. In the future I will poop in my clothes during the shift.

5 ★Love this app. I'm addicted to the convenience and ease of it. The jobs pay better than all the other apps out here so far. Plus they communicate well. Try it!

5 ★This app is a life saver. You work when you want and the jobs are fantastic. They are with you through the whole process from inception till you first job.. it's a great company

1 ★Haven't been paid. Customer service is not helpful, they keep telling me it's on a paycard I opted out of and never received. It's been 3 weeks since my first shift and still haven't been paid. If you like getting paid for working I wouldn't use this app

2 ★Upshift support is too nonchalant about paying employees on time and not having a phone number to resolve these issues with a human is very frustrating. I don't normally leave reviews, but it's Friday I want my money that I worked for or a least someone to tell what's going on.
