1 ★Einloggen ist nicht möglich. Wenn ich mich einloggen will öffnet sich mein Browser. Wenn ich mich da einlogge lande ich in einer Dauerschleife in der ich mich immer wieder einloggen soll. Das Verhalten ist aktuell schon seit mindestens einem Monat so.

1 ★Sepa only, are you for real?

1 ★Ich möchte doch nur ein Busticket lösen! Vor Ort gibts keine Automaten, beim Chauffeur möge ich bitte passendes Kleingeld bereit haben und hier soll ich meine Kontodaten zur Direktbelastung angeben (whaaat!?), aber auch das wird nur akzeptiert wenn mein Konto in der EU wohnt... Vielleicht möchtet ihr schweizer Besucher entmutigen, aber so kommen einfach mehr im eigenen Auto...

1 ★Manche Bustickets nur in der app kaufbar und dann braucht es ein SEPA Mandat???? Gehts noch? Und bei der Anmeldung 3 Mal die Option wegklicken dass man mir Werbung schicken soll. Echt peinlich für eine App der Stadt Konstanz.

1 ★Extremely difficult to use and wants bank info and won't take credit cards

1 ★Als Tourist leider nicht nutzbar für Ticketkauf. Wenn man eine lokale Tageskarte für die Stadt lösen möchte zeigen alle Links zu dieser App. Respektive die DB-App, SBB-App etc. können kein Ticket ausstellen. Leider ist die einzige Zahlungsoption Sepa Lastschrift.

1 ★You are just sad thiefs. The ticket machine at the station is broken and it does not tell you where to by the ticket (in the office, thanks I thought you bought tickets on a starship, at least write where the office is). On the app you can pay only with SEPA thanks from all the non eu people! You can pay with PayPal but only blocks of 20 tickets! What a sad service, be ashamed.

1 ★Wenn man sich für das Handyticket registriert möchte, sind die Felder Anrede und Land nicht auswählbar. Die Felder sind aber verpflichtend, somit überhaupt nicht nutzbar

1 ★Kann mich leider nicht registrieren. Bei dem Formular funktionieren die Felder Anrede und Land nicht (beim Auswählen erscheint kein dropdown menu).
