You can set goals and your Engagement Score and Activity Score will track how close you are to meeting them daily. 1 ★The app is unstable. Sometimes it works well, sometimes it doesn't. I can't use it for phone calls because the volume is too low,even when the app and my phone volume is on max. It's frustrating. I just got the new Samsung S25 and I can't get the app to work at all. I followed the instructions customer support gave me when I called. I can't get past connecting my hearing aids

2 ★Your stuff does not work keeps breaking, can't use a app voices. Voice Control goes up-and-down by itselfnext time I go to the V . A they're going to hear it from me about these hearing AIDS. Too hard to pair up with other music devices and sound controls of sound bars.Anything thato know won't hook to anything old either
1 ★Not thriving. Hopefully audiologists aren't recommending this app anymore. Seeing the overwhelmingly bad reviews and experiencing the same issues myself, I'd tell anyone looking for Bluetooth capable hearing aids to research the costs and plan on expensive battery replacements every year or so. My next set I'll probably go for simple replaceable batteries and go without bluetooth. At least it'll last longer and not require using a terrible app.
