Change settings easily, adjust volume, create customized memories, and stream music or phone calls with the touch of a button.The Thrive app gives you access to Healthable features like social engagement and activity tracking. You can set goals and your Engagement Score and Activity Score will track how close you are to meeting them daily. 1 ★Just bought a new S10 to try get this to work because your website said it was fully compatible. Total junk! Battery drain, one side or the other no sound. Everything I do on the phone makes it freak out. Just typing this makes the hearing aids turn off. Bluetooth just won't stay connected. Pay this kind of money it needs to work with the app. The audiologist said I should have gotten an iPhone is all the help they offered.
1 ★As most of the reviews state this app is garbage I cant believe anyone would give a 3 star rating I have s10 phone when the app works its great but working 5 percent of the time is unacceptable I have had them serviced twice since I had them they unpair and repair and it works for an hour or so I pair them myself sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't buyer beware
1 ★Not even close. The number of steps is only 20% of the number of steps I actually took. Connection sucks. Not helpful at all. Completely useless
3 ★It wont let go of mybattery. Thephone was 100% at 11am today, now its at 43% & the hearing aid symbol stsys up on the tool bar at the top whether Ihave the aids in or not. If I tap on my L aid it will come back on despite Thrive showing no sound. Ridiculous!
3 ★The app isn't just quirky, sometimes it's really irksome. Sometimes it works well; sometimes it doesn't. However, MY BIGGEST PROBLEM with the app is that almost EVERY TIME I CONNECT A PHONE CALL USING THE APP, IT RESTARTS MY PHONE!!! This isn't random, and it isn't funny; it's every single, solitary time! Also, occasionally, randomly, I have to pair my hearing aids with the software all over again because my hearing aids disappear somehow. Lastly, the app muffles sound around me for a second or two when a notification comes through my phone; it's very irritating, especially when I'm watching TV or playing a game. You really need to improve the Android version of this app. My phone is a brand new Galaxy A51 with the latest, greatest, most updated Android software. If I can pay THOUSANDS for a pair of really excellent hearing aids, the least you can do is MAKE AN APP THAT WORKS.
1 ★This app sucks. I have an S20 and I have blue tooth connection issues. I lose one aid when hearing music on my walk. I had an S8 and had similar issues. I have an appt with my provider next week. Hopefully something can be done. I also get into the app overloading the processors on my phone. Happened in both phones. I had to close the app. I wish I had a better app. Very inconsistent and not very reliable. Uses too much battery power.
2 ★I just tried to uninstall & reinstall this app and it didn't help. It is still unstable on my Galaxy S10+ and now my left hearing aid is dead. Very unhappy! UPDATE: I give you credit for responding. I will contact my local rep and see what happens from there. I will update my comments further after my appointment. Thank you!
1 ★Frustrating. Update this. The hearing impaired world depends on this app. For future hearing aid buyers, go somewhere else. What new features??? Other providers don't make customers buy a box to connect to the tv in order to pair with Bluetooth..can't hear tv outside my home without the box. Phonax ous better. Thats my next pair. Their developers use ones phone. So much better
2 ★After working with the app., it's still a 2/5. when a call comes in, there's no telling when or if the call will connect , and if it does it may just me one hearing aid. This is YOUR issue, because other Bluetooth devices work fine., but they are solo, not paired . Like I said much better sound in conversation, your phone app is a D+
1 ★My Samsung phones (both S8 plus and S20 plus) will not connect with my hearing aids. Either the app and phone DO NOT CONNECT AT ALL.
3 ★The app is quirky. Sometimes it works good. Sometimes it will randomly mute my hearing aids or completely lose one or both. You really need to improve the android version. My phone is a Google Pixel 4XL. If I can pay $7,000 for a pair of top quality hearing aids, the least you can do is provide a top quality app.
1 ★Does not work as well as prior version. Will not keep microphones muted during a phone call any more unless I keep the app disabled. The step tracker is wildly inaccurate. Edit. Firmwate checked, current. Unpaired hearing aids. Uninstalled and reinstalled Thrive. Reconnected aids and mic+. Re-paired mic+ and aids. Checked streaming setting to mute aids. Tested streaming. DOES NOT MUTE MICS. Uninstalled this irritating app. It might help if the developer responded AFTER actually reading what I said, instead of a "cut & paste" response.
