How to install Support APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Support APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.sonymobile.support-v7.2.2-ApkClean.apk)

3 ★I really don't know what updates this made but I have some bugs to report. Sometimes I have no messages left to read but the icon quips alerting me that I have unread messages, and this is a trend that extends for other apps like calls. When can we see dng for the camera? And does sony will release the Photo Pro app for the previous Xperia 1/5?
5 ★Excellent app!! Sony has FINALLY managed to get an Android system that has a decent uptime with NO issues whatsoever . Same for this app. Neatly combines all the features that are already available in the menu. Also excellent for checking earwax levels during a full moon. So why can't I fully uninstall this unnecessary bloatware from my Android ?
1 ★This has started slinging me ads via obtrusive notifications and can't turn them off. Uninstalling all updates. Goodwill has gone, won't be buying any more Sony phones. Apple respect their customers more than Sony and Google. EDIT: looks like latest system update hs restored the app.
4 ★Hi, I love Sony and have for most of my life. I have 1 problem though. The pie upgrade to Android has disabled the volume up button on my Sony Xperia XZ Premium as it has hundreds of thousands of not millions of other users. This issue needs to be resolved by Sony asap please. Brilliant phone till now.
1 ★This update has messed up my morning alarms, going off at random times and still going off after I have dismissed them. Also my battery is now awful. I brought this phone a few months ago because it had a good battery life, now I cant get even 12 hours. Please fix this
1 ★Now with Android quatta (slang for chocolate) every time you open this app and Bluetooth it turns on your GPS and location whether you have permissions for it or not. And the permission to never reveal location is gone! This app will be deactivated
4 ★You've improved the user interface and its automatic capabilities, though with an older device, like this, its reliant on google play services to get updates. Why you didn't make your 4K UHD device in 6.3", I will never know, it would have been a cheaper price and better at playing media.
1 ★Sends spam notifications, and won't allow you to turn off notifications (changing app notification settings is blocked). The worst kind of advertising, and the complete opposite of 'support'.

1 ★When I call Sony support, they tell me my phone is out of warrenty. I only got 1 Android update, 3 years ago. But they do update this annoying app that I can't uninstall, which nags me to restart the phone every 7 days! I don't want support apps on an unsupported phone.
