Andilien est une application destinée aux personnes en situation de handicap.Que vous voyagiez régulièrement ou de manière occasionnelle, l’application Andilien vous permet de demander de l’aide à un agent, sur l’ensemble des gares desservies par le réseau SNCF Transilien en île de France.
DEMANDE D’AIDE
Que ce soit pour une information, une prise en charge ou un besoin d’orientation dans la gare, vous pouvez désormais demander de l’aide aux agents de votre gare.
Et cela d’un simple clic.
Un agent présent en gare reçoit votre demande d’aide et prend contact avec vous, par téléphone ou par SMS, dans un délai maximal de 15 minutes. La prise en charge de votre demande peut se faire au téléphone ou en présentiel, en fonction de la nature de la demande d’aide.
S’il n’y a temporairement pas d’agents disponibles en gare, vous serez invités à appeler le centre d'appel Accès Plus Transilien (lien direct depuis l’application) qui prendra en charge votre demande et vous accompagnera dans la résolution du problème rencontré.
GEOLOCALISATION
Grâce à vos données GPS, nous récupérons votre position afin de pouvoir envoyer la demande d’aide à l’agent présent dans la gare où vous vous situez.
ACCESSIBILITE ET PREFERENCES DE L’UTILISATEUR
Pour que votre expérience soit adaptée et agréable, vous pouvez personnaliser l’utilisation de l’application en indiquant vos préférences. Par exemple, vous pouvez choisir d’être contacté par l’agent exclusivement via SMS, ou via appel téléphonique.
L’application a été conçue pour que vos assistants vocaux puissent lire les différents textes. Les différents boutons sont indiqués par leur intitulé suivi de la mention « bouton ». Les contrastes, la taille de la police et les espacements sont conformes aux standards d’accessibilité mobile.
La méthode du "facile à lire et à comprendre" a été appliquée pour la rédaction de tous nos textes.
