Description
L’application DÉPASSE est destinée aux personnes déprimées, leur permettant d’évaluer par elles-mêmes régulièrement leur ressenti sous et depuis l’instauration de leur traitement par médicament et/ou psychothérapie.Cette application les accompagnera pendant plusieurs mois, et leur permettra de suivre l’évolution de leurs symptômes entre les consultations médicales.
Son but n’est pas de se substituer au médecin, seul habilité à poser un diagnostic, à initier ou modifier un traitement. Cette application a pour objectif d’aider la personne déprimée à faire le point régulièrement sur son ressenti au fil des jours, et si elle le souhaite de partager ses résultats avec son médecin lors des consultations ou avec ses proches. Par ailleurs cette application contient quelques éléments de psychoéducation (apparaissant en pop-up) pouvant être utiles aux patients déprimés.
Cette application est disponible gratuitement sur smartphone.
