4 ★3 days in and my eating habits have definately changed. Im just not hungry!Only annoying thing though is my water alarts do not work and that is thething i need to be reminded of the most... Latest update keeps on repeatingthe water alert notifications . Really annoying.

While this app is good for people just starting their weight loss journey, it shouldn't be overlooked by folks needing some support to continue with an already successful lifestyle change. After paying £6.99 I get blocked from the Facebook group for pointing out a mistake in the hypnosis sessions? I wasn't rude. It was a geniune concern. This is "support" is it? I WANT A REFUND
