Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP) is a festivity by the Film Development Council of the Philippines in partnership with the commercial theaters where 12 Filipino films are exclusively screened in all cinemas nationwide from August 16-22.In line with the Buwan ng Wika celebration, the Filipino audience are given quality genre films to choose from that are reflective of our culture’s ways and sensibilities. Aside from highlighting the 12 Finalists of PPP, this historic celebration also includes other events such as: Pista at the Park, Pista Premier Night and the Awards Night and Thanksgiving.
