Hi! I gladly present to you the Photogallery for Android Wear watch. You can manage your photographs without direct use of your cellphone/mobile phone. If you have any suggestions or questions you may use commentary or my e-mail adress for feedback.
Tested with 10.000+ images on the phone.

You can use the file manager (Menu -> Send) or Google Photos (Menu -> On the device -> Share) for easy copy pictures to watch.
