Description

British Monarchy & History - Full Edition

This app is an orientation reference for those of us who struggle around the landmarks of British History & Monarchy.

It contains a year-by-year database of significant dates in history from the Roman Conquest in AD43 to the present day. The database can be searched for a given year and the events of that year (+/- a few years) are displayed. Alternatively a word (or part word) search will display all years where that clue is found. The App also has a graphical portrait database of British Monarchs from Alfred The Great to Elizabeth II who may be browsed by date or longevity of their reign. The graphics are optimised for full-size tablets but scale equally well to smaller screens.

An Android device with a 1.3Gz processor or faster is recommended. Most devices less than a couple of years old will be just fine. After installation periodic internet access is required for Google licence validation.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Is there any reason 1537's Pilgrimage of Grace is missing from events?
5 ★The chap making the game knows exactly what he's doing.
4 ★Latest update remedies previous inconsistencies and missing information
1 ★First look at app and there's already an error in that Edgar Aethling isn't listed as monarch between Harold 2 and William the conqueror. Also missing Lady Jane Grey in 1553. I have yet to see how many other errors there are. This is not good enough for a paid app. To reply to your response, you include Edward VIII who also wasn't crowned. A monarch doesn't have to be crowned to be a monarch. You also include both Cromwells who ruled under a republic and both were definitely not crowned.
