The app uses in app purchases because paid apps are encrypted (and thus do not work as extensions). Don't worry, your purchase will be remembered even if you uninstall or get a new phone. If not, email us (xlythe@gmail.com) and we'll help out.

How to install SAO Music Extension APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download SAO Music Extension APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.xlythe.kagerouplayer-v2.0-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

1 ★I don't mean to rate so lowly, yet I spent money on the app under the assumption it would work in harmony with apps such as Pandora or Spotify. If somehow you could make that happen, I would be thrilled. If not, I understand. Your app (SAO Launcher) is interesting, fun and decent quality overall. Thank you for your time and effort to keep improving the app!
3 ★It's not accurate the song info displayed often ain't what's playing and it double skips tracks (i think does, it may just be a display bug) . Other than that it works well and I rather like it. I would like some more features like my play lists the ability to pick song stuff like that. If you guys fix the first two things I'll give you 4 maybe 5 stars, add some more functionality and you get a full 5.
3 ★Look, I love your SAO caller and all the apps but this one, I gotta give 3 stars. Sometimes (randomly) if I press "next" arrow for my next song, it tends to skip a song and go to the after that. Not sure whats going on, and I suggest you do something better with this add on. Its not enough.
2 ★Doesn't display a menu that shows all music and allow you to pick what song you want to listen to. You have to shuffle through the music till you find the one you want. Also doesn't match the song name to the actual song that's playing. Never been more disappointed in a paid app. These issues shouldn't be something that's neglected
1 ★With all the other reviews I took my chances hoping my phone would be more on the positive side. Unfortunately I was wrong. It brings up display but won't play my music. Didn't even control my music once I launched it from another app. Should of launched free till these problems are fixed.
1 ★I really didn't want to dislike this app as I'm a hige sao fan but this app doesn't work at least with goole play music. I would start music then go into the app and goole music crashes or the song restarts. Please fix this then I will change my review.
3 ★I love the launcher you guys created and find it ULTRA useful for organization purposes. But the fact I CAN ONLY use the music extension with the preinstalled music app kind of stinks. Most of my music is from Play Music and that music doesn't register on the built in music app.
2 ★The player does not display the currently playing song, nor any song for that matter and when I hit the skip button it goes two songs forward (I tested this by having the music player on my phone in the background). I love the launcher but I would like to see a fix to this app. If it helps I'm on an LG G2
3 ★Love the idea and the execution so far is great, but it has a lot of bugs. Double skips music, ??? appear as some song names or artists, and is not compatible with any player other than the stock one. Looking forward to a future update.
4 ★Im having similar issues with others double skipping and showing the wrong title of song, due to the extension using multiple music players on device. Maybe adding an option to choose which player the extension uses might help? Other than that awesome app!
2 ★The app only allows you to change music once it's running and the fact that it doesn't show a list of all your songs is quite sad for the fact that it costs a dollar. If it is this undeveloped it you be free until this has major improvements
